Some of our employees work part-time, full time, per diem in the following positions:

  • Residential Counselors must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline or a High school diploma with 4 years of related work or life experience.
  • Residential Program Managers must have a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline.
  • Nurses must have a license as a registered nurse in the State of New Jersey
  • Family Teacher requires a High school diploma with 4 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field and 2 years experience is preferred.
  • Assistant Family Teacher requires a High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the field of psychology, social work or special education is preferred.

Auditor/Financial Analyst

Experienced individual will be responsible for developing an internal audit function. Duties include internal auditing, various accounting functions and budgeting, provide backup in preparation of budgets, analysis of internal statistics and the preparation of program budgets and ROE’s. Candidate must have a bachelors degree in accounting or acceptable on the job experience, particularly in auditing. Must demonstrate competency in current financial practices including understanding of general ledger systems, financial analysis and budgeting. Must have a working knowledge of EXCEL and spreadsheet preparation.
