SERV’s Family and Children’s Services provides community residential care and a specialized afterschool program for youth and adolescents who are “at-risk”.	SERV’s Center for Innovative Family Achievements (CIFA) provides teaching, training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and youth with behavioral challenges and emotional problems.
