Georgia Whidden of Skillman, N.J., serves as vice chairperson of the Board of Directors of SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. She also is past chairperson of the Board of Directors of SERV Achievement Centers, Inc.
Ms. Whidden is retired from the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, where she served as Senior Public Affairs Officer. Her career as a communications professional includes experience with various private and public sector organizations as a writer, editor, graphic designer and media manager.
Her community service includes many years of involvement with special-education groups. She currently serves as president of the board of People & Stories/Gente y Cuentos, a short-story discussionprogram.
