Melissa Racklin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with all clinical populations, including geriatric, adults, adolescents and children.
Ms. Racklin received her master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She has extensive experience as an outpatient psychotherapist and has worked with many different clinical populations.
She has treated clients with disorders such as depression, generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive, post-traumatic stress, and schizophrenic, among others. Her treatments of modality include dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive and cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems, and client-centered therapy. She has conducted family therapy, marital/couples counseling, group therapy and play therapy for children.
Ms. Racklin holds her certification in clinical supervision and has supervised clinicians. She also has certification in suicide prevention.
Office hours: Mondays, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursdays, 3-9 p.m.
